This page explains the process for submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice or a Counter-Notice.

1) Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material available on PornoZaZ.com infringes your copyright, you must provide us with a written DMCA notice containing the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its exact URL(s) on our website.
  3. Your full contact details: name, address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A good faith statement, such as: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  5. An accuracy statement, such as: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.”
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient).

Send your DMCA Notice to:
📧 Email: [email protected]
📍 Mailing Address: Gül Mahallesi, Huzur Sokak No:80 Kat:3, 34000 Istanbul, Turkey

⚠️ Incomplete or invalid notices will not be processed. Please include all required elements and list every infringing URL specifically.

2) Processing of a DMCA Notice

  • Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • The user/uploader will be notified of the removal.
  • If the uploader believes the material was wrongly removed, they may submit a Counter-Notice (see below).
  • We will make good faith efforts to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

3) Filing a Counter-Notice

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a Counter-Notice. Your Counter-Notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its previous location (URL).
  2. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  3. A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement of consent to the jurisdiction of your local court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Send your Counter-Notice to:
📧 Email: [email protected]
(Subject line: “DMCA Counter-Notice”)

Once we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a lawsuit regarding the content.

4) Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers. The determination of “repeat” violations will depend on factors such as the number of valid DMCA notices received, the severity of the infringement, and intent.

5) Important Notes

  • Only the copyright owner or their authorized agent may file a DMCA notice.
  • Filing false or misleading claims may result in legal liability.
  • Before submitting a complaint, consider whether the use of the material may fall under fair use or other legal exceptions.

✅ This policy ensures compliance with DMCA while protecting both copyright holders and our users.
